SincereFirst Solution: SF-SJF20-QJBG Global Shutter USB Camera Module
To meet the needs of smart shopping cart scenarios, SincereFirst has launched a global shutter USB camera module based on the OmniVision OG02B10 CMOS color image sensor. Leveraging its 30 years of experience in the optical field, SincereFirst has deeply integrated hardware parameters with production processes: The module features a 2MP resolution and supports outputting 1600×1300@60FPS high-definition dynamic images. It has a sensor size of 1/2.9 inch, a pixel size of 3.0μm×3.0μm, and is equipped with OmniPixel®3-GS technology to optimize light adaptability. It is core-adapted to the "dynamic imaging" needs of smart shopping carts, supporting global shutter and global exposure modes, and is combined with a manual focus design to ensure clear imaging of products at different distances. In terms of integration and reliability, the module has a compact size of only 32mm×32mm, meeting the requirement of embedding into the limited space of the cart body. It adopts a USB2.0 interface and is compatible with the UVC protocol, enabling plug-and-play with edge devices such as Raspberry Pi and embedded motherboards. In the production process, relying on SincereFirst's Class 100 cleanroom, it adopts SMT (ROHS-compliant) and COB (Chip on Board) processes, as well as AA (Active Alignment) technology, forming technical advantages in miniaturized design and manufacturing precision, ensuring product reliability and consistency, which is highly aligned with the company's product concept of "high performance and high quality".
