Introduction:

This is the Sony IMX363 sensor OEM OIS camera module, which is a 7.05mm diagonal (1/2.55 type) 12-megapixel CMOS active pixel type stacked image sensor with a square pixel array. It uses Exmor RS™ technology to achieve high-speed image capture through column-parallel A/D conversion circuits, and high sensitivity and low-noise images (compared to traditional CMOS image sensors) through a back-illuminated imaging pixel structure. It adopts R, G, and B pigment primary color mosaic filters.

Each pixel is divided into left and right sub-pixels and can be driven independently or simultaneously. High dynamic range still images and movies can be achieved by introducing spatial multiplexing exposure technology. It is equipped with an electronic shutter with variable integration time. It operates with four power supply voltages: analog 2.8 V and 1.8V, digital 1.05 V and 1.8V for input/output interfaces, and achieves low power consumption.
