The core synergy of its HDR technology, Nyxel™ near-infrared technology, and 2.9μm×2.9μm large pixel size enables a 120dB dynamic range to easily handle scenarios with extreme light-dark contrast. The Nyxel™ technology achieves a quantum efficiency of 60% at 850nm wavelength and 40% at 940nm wavelength; combined with the high light-sensing capability of the 2.9μm pixels, it can accurately retain details in bright and dark areas under backlight or high light-ratio conditions, avoiding overexposure or blackout, and even deliver clear imaging in low-light or pure near-infrared environments. Meanwhile, the module features 2MP pixels and 1080P resolution, supporting a maximum frame rate of 60FPS for smooth detail presentation. With a sensor size of 1/7.25 inch, it is paired with an F5.0 aperture, a 120° field of view, and a maximum imaging circle of 2.78mm, covering a wider observation range. It supports manual focusing and direct-view image output, adopts a Separated design, transmits MIPI signals to the DSP board via a Type-C interface, and then outputs signals at USB 2.0 speed through a Type-C interface, while being compatible with the UVC protocol. In the form of a bare module, it has a lens diameter of only 3.9mm, integrates 6 9653 LED beads, and is manufactured using SMT process and Active Alignment (AA) process. It has passed multiple tests and certifications such as FCC, CE, Reach, and RoHS, balancing performance and compliance.
