Introduction

Simultaneous front and side images let an inspection instrument show the relationship between the route ahead and the surface beside the head. This dual-lens camera module supports both camera outputs together, providing a basis for a two-view inspection display.

 

Its 1MP CMOS imaging system supports 1280 × 720 video at 30fps. The forward lens focuses best at 5cm and the side lens at 4cm, with a 76° diagonal field of view. This combination supports close observation of internal walls and nearby components from two directions.

 

6 front LEDs and 1 side LED illuminate the respective observation areas. The 7.9mm integrated head uses a Steel Shell and IP67 camera-head protection, while USB2.0 connects the camera module to the inspection system.

• Two Views Available Together

The module supports simultaneous output from its forward and side cameras. The instrument can keep the surrounding context visible while the operator examines a side surface.

 

• HD Imaging for Internal Surface Checks

The CMOS system supports 720P at 30fps. The HD image helps an operator observe visible deposits, joints and assembly conditions within the captured area.

 

• IP67 Protection at the Inspection Point

The Steel Shell and IP67 head bring the imaging assembly into dusty or wet observation locations. Protection belongs to the camera head, where the lens and lighting are integrated.

 

• Close Optics with Directional Illumination

The 5cm forward and 4cm side best-focus positions suit nearby surfaces. 6 front LEDs and 1 side LED place light at each viewing direction, supporting observation where external illumination is limited.

• Pipe Inspection with Context from Two Directions

The forward image shows the route along the pipe while the side image examines the adjacent wall or a joint. Viewing them together helps relate a local surface condition to the surrounding area.

 

• Mechanical Cavity Checks

Examine an internal surface while retaining a second observation direction. The camera module supports instruments used to look at facing and side areas during the same inspection.

 

• Internal Assembly Observation

Use the two images to examine nearby components and visible assembly conditions within an equipment cavity. Head-mounted lighting supports the areas seen by the two lenses.
