This camera module brings a phone-based viewing workflow to close internal inspection. For iOS use, connect it to the device and open compatible software downloaded from the App Store. Its 1MP CMOS imaging system supports 1280 × 720 video at 30fps, giving the inspection product an HD image for examining nearby surfaces.
A forward lens and a side lens provide two observation directions within the same 7.9mm head. The forward camera focuses best at 5cm and the side camera at 4cm, with a 78° diagonal field of view. The operator uses one image at a time to examine the area ahead and then the adjacent wall.
8 front LEDs and 1 side LED provide local illumination. A Steel Shell and IP67 camera-head protection support observation in dusty or wet locations, while Android support provides another platform option for a mobile inspection product.
