This is new 1/1.8-inch high-performance image sensor IMX678 CMOS custom lens USB camera module, equipped with Sony's new IMX678 CMOS sensor. The large 1/1.8-inch photosensitive area combined with 2μm pixel size enables it to output 8-megapixel (3840×2160) ultra-high-definition images at 60 frames per second, with significantly enhanced light-sensing capability in low-light environments. It adopts a Type-C interface for USB3.0 high-speed transmission, which is not only compatible with the UVC protocol to support plug-and-play functionality but also provides full-platform SDKs and advanced interfaces such as HDR and PWM focusing to meet the needs of in-depth development. Through SMT automated mounting and AA active alignment processes, the lens decentering error is controlled within 0.01mm. Coupled with a wide temperature design ranging from -20℃ to 70℃, it ensures stable operation in extreme environments. Its prominent advantage lies in its highly flexible lens customization solution - supporting M12 interface and industrial-grade C/CS interface lenses.
