Introduction

This is a medical wireless BF2013 CMOS integrated WiFi endoscope camera module, an integrated hardware solution designed specifically for clear imaging in micro-hole scenarios. Its core is equipped with the BF2013 image sensor, which has 0.3MP effective pixels and stably outputs 640x480 standard resolution images. At this resolution, it supports a maximum frame rate of 30FPS, ensuring no motion blur or low latency during dynamic observation. The sensor size is precisely controlled at 1/31 inch, with a pixel unit size of 2.25μm x 2.25μm. Combined with an 88° wide-angle field of view, it can cover a wider observation range in narrow spaces while retaining detailed clarity. In terms of imaging and focusing performance, the module has a focusing range of 20~60mm and a maximum imaging circle diameter of 4.8mm. It supports manual focusing, allowing flexible adjustment of clarity according to the distance of the observation target to meet detection needs at different depths. The structural design adopts a highly integrated all-in-one solution, with a lens of only 3.5mm in diameter and wrapped in a Steel Shell. This not only ensures the module can penetrate narrow gaps but also enhances the lens's resistance to collision and wear through the Steel Shell. Meanwhile, the module integrates 6 0402-type LED fill lights, which can provide uniform supplementary lighting in dim environments to avoid blurred imaging caused by insufficient light. For the interface, it is equipped with a standard DVP interface, providing a stable channel for data transmission. More importantly, the module can be directly paired with a dedicated development board, and connected to a WiFi board via the development board, forming a complete hardware combination of "module + development board + WiFi board". It supports two connection methods: it can either connect to mobile phones or computers wirelessly via WiFi, or connect directly to terminal devices, meeting usage needs in different scenarios. The production process strictly adopts SMT and AA (Active Alignment) processes to ensure the assembly accuracy of each component of the module, guaranteeing product consistency and long-term stability from the source.

1.Modular Architecture​

For small motors and precision valves, the module penetrates into the interior of the equipment; it connects to a debugging terminal to record operation data, allowing engineers to view images in real time in a safe area outside the equipment. There is no need to disassemble the equipment, avoiding operational interference.

·Consumer-Grade DIY Detection
It can be paired with batteries and displays to be transformed into household pipeline detectors and home appliance maintenance tools; WiFi connection to mobile phones enables real-time image viewing, and operation is possible even without professional equipment.

·Primary-Level Medical Diagnosis and Treatment​
Used in otolaryngology and dentistry; the all-in-one design is suitable for the narrow spaces of the ear canal / oral cavity. It connects to a computer to store patients' detection data and transmits images to mobile phones in real time, allowing doctors to show results to patients intuitively. Manual focusing displays the details of lesions to assist in preliminary diagnosis.

·Security Pipeline Inspection
Security personnel inspect underground cable pipelines and gas pipelines; the module connects to a data recorder to store inspection images, allowing personnel to view the interior of the pipeline in real time on the ground. There is no need to enter the pipeline, reducing risks.
