20MP High-Performance Image Sensor IMX283 USB 3.0 AI Camera Module

This is a 20MP high-performance image sensor IMX283 USB 3.0 AI camera module for machine vision, core-equipped with Sony IMX283 CMOS sensor and featuring 20MP high-definition pixel specification. Compared with the 1/1.8-inch small-size photosensitive surface of the AR2020 sensor, the IMX283 has a 1-inch sensor size. Combined with the 2.4μm×2.4μm large pixel size, it significantly increases light input, resulting in better image quality in low-light and backlight environments. The module can stably output two high-definition resolution images: 4K@30fps and 1080P@30fps, with encoding formats covering three mainstream standards (MJPG, YUY2, H.264) to meet different bandwidth requirements. The module adopts an industry-mainstream M16*0.5P standard lens, paired with an F2.8 large aperture and a 6.6mm focal length, achieving an ultra-wide focusing range of 1cm~Infinity, with a field of view of D102°×H91°×V68° and supporting precise manual focus adjustment. The module adopts a double-layer PCB structure with an overall size of only 38mm×38mm, which is compact and easy to integrate; the interface adopts Type-C specification, supporting USB3.0 high-speed transmission rate for smooth and non-laggy transmission. Meanwhile, it is compatible with UVC protocol and can seamlessly adapt to mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS. The product adopts AA (Active Alignment) process and SMT environmentally friendly process, ensuring higher alignment accuracy between the lens and the sensor and improving imaging consistency. It has also passed multiple international authoritative certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach, complying with usage standards in various regions around the world.
