Introduction:

The 0.3MP DVP camera module is based on the GC0308 back illuminated stacked CMOS sensor. It features a 640V x 480H resolution, 1/6.5-inch optical format, and a 4-transistor pixel structure for high image quality and low noise variation. It provides excellent image quality through a powerful 10-bit ADC on-chip design and an embedded image signal processor. The on-chip ISP provides very smooth AE (auto exposure) and precise AWB (auto white balance) control. It offers a variety of data formats such as Bayer RGB, RGB565, YCbCr 4:2:2. It has a commonly used two-wire serial interface for the host to control the operation of the entire sensor. The module is capable of operating at up to 30 frames per second at a 24MHZ clock in VGA mode, and users have full control over image quality and data format.
