This is a 2K 1080P HD Image Sensor OV4689 IR MIPI Camera Module. Equipped with the OmniVision OV4689 CMOS sensor, it combines PureCel® pixel technology with high frame rate output of up to 90FPS/120FPS, delivering clear images with rich details and ultra-low noise for high-speed scenarios. Boasting 4MP pixels and a resolution of 2688x1520, the module supports stable image output at 2688x1520@90FPS and 1920x1080@120FPS. Even when capturing fast-moving targets, the backside-illuminated structure of PureCel® technology significantly enhances pixel light sensitivity; paired with a pixel size of 2μm×2μm, it maintains rich details and ultra-low noise during high-frame-rate output. Meanwhile, it supports HDR function, which effectively expands the dynamic range to avoid overexposure in strong light or underexposure in dark areas. The sensor adopts a 1/3-inch optical format, balancing compact size and imaging quality, while the 10bit RAW output format reserves sufficient space for post-image processing.​
In terms of optical configuration, the module features a manual focus design, paired with an F2.4 large aperture and a 2.35mm focal length to achieve a wide depth of field from 10cm to Infinity. Its 117° ultra-large field of view covers broad scenes, and TV distortion is controlled within -15% to ensure natural image reproduction. The lens adopts a precise 4G+2P structure, equipped with 2 IR filters and an integrated IR cutter for seamless switching between day and night modes. For data transmission, it uses a 25Pin MIPI CSI-2 high-speed interface. In the production process, COB technology and AA (Active Alignment) process are applied to ensure product consistency. Moreover, the module has passed multiple international testing and certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach, meeting the access requirements of global markets.
