Introduction:

This is an IMX132 CMOS image optical sensor iris mipi camera module, which has a back-illuminated CMOS image sensor with a diagonal length of 2.59 mm (1/6.95 type) and a square pixel array and about 2.4 M effective pixels. High-speed processing is achieved by adopting a column-parallel A/D converter, and the basic structure is changed to a back-illuminated type, which enhances the imaging characteristics, including sensitivity and low noise. R, G and B pigment primary color mosaic filters are adopted. High sensitivity and low dark current characteristics are achieved. It is equipped with an electronic shutter with a variable integration time. It operates with three power supply voltages: analog 2.7 V, digital 1.2 V and 1.8 V input/output interface, and achieves low power consumption.
